Fund accounting is specialized. Really specialized. Most accounting software vendors don't understand it. General ledger structure is different. Chart of accounts is different. GL coding is different. Compliance reporting is different. State requirements are different. We understand it because we've been building the fund accounting system 250 New Jersey school districts use to run their finance offices for the past 13+ years. When school districts have to close their books, reconcile accounts, produce state reports, manage payroll interfaces, and track GL accounts with specific rules - they use software we built. Software built specifically for how school finance works. Now we're converting the original Visual FoxPro 5 system to modern web infrastructure without losing any of the specialized finance logic that school districts depend on. That kind of specialization matters. We don't apply generic templates. We understand fund accounting because we've spent over a decade doing it. Beyond education finance, we specialize in other verticals too. For laboratories, we've built management software with AI-powered report interpretation, replacing Excel-based workflows. For manufacturing, we've built AI query layers on top of existing ERP systems so teams get instant visibility without system replacement. For nonprofits, we've built loan management software since 2015 that improved payment collection by 40%. And we handle legacy modernization generally - MS Access to cloud, Visual FoxPro conversions, aging SQL optimization, COBOL migration. Custom ERP systems with QuickBooks integration. Remote DBA services. Founded in 1992 by Doron Farber, the firm specializes in solving specific problems for specific industries instead of selling generic software. If your industry is one we know, we'll understand your actual requirements instead of making assumptions.
